What are the steps involved in the process of renting?
Browse products, pick a tenure, add to cart and complete KYC. After payment confirmation we schedule delivery (usually within 1–3 business days). Monthly rent is billed as per your selected tenure.
What kind of charges will be deducted from the deposit? When will I get my security deposit back?
The security deposit is collected and held by Maurya Service (the Platform), not paid to the vendor as rental earnings. It is 100% refundable subject to product condition on return. Damages beyond normal wear, missing accessories or unpaid dues may be adjusted. Refund is initiated after pickup/inspection, typically within 7–10 business days.
Why do you need a KYC process? What documents are needed?
KYC helps us verify identity and keep rentals secure for everyone. Keep a valid government ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving Licence) and a clear selfie ready. Approval is usually quick once documents are clear.
Can I cancel or return early?
You can request return anytime after the locking period. Early returns may follow the plan terms shown at checkout. Contact Maurya Service support to schedule pickup.
