Maurya Service (“we”, “us”) operates a marketplace for product rentals and home services / repairs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, app (PWA), or related services.

• Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile photo.
• Address & location: delivery / service address, pin code, and map coordinates when you set location or allow GPS.
• Orders & bookings: cart items, rental tenure, deposits, service type, technician assignment, invoices.
• Payments: payment status and gateway references (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Partner KYC: for vendors and technicians — ID proofs, bank / IFSC, business details (as submitted during registration).
• Device & usage: IP, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies needed for login and preferences.

3. How we use your data

• Create and manage your account; send OTPs and transactional emails/SMS.
• Process rental orders and service bookings; share fulfilment details with the assigned vendor or technician.
• Verify payments, refunds, wallets, and memberships.
• Show nearby products/services using your location (when set).
• Improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
• Marketing messages only where permitted; you can opt out of non-essential marketing.

4. Sharing of information

• Vendors / technicians — only what is needed to deliver or service your order (name, phone, address, booking details).
• Payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) — to process payments securely.
• Maps / SMS / hosting providers — as processors under contract.
